SpinnGo88 services are available only to individuals who meet the following criteria. SpinnGo88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• Processing time: Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

• Voluntary request by the member.

If an account is closed at the member's own request and no terms have been violated, any valid cash balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 business days.

SpinnGo88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances:
